Hmmm. When Bush passed his two tax cuts and his Medicare prescription drug plan, he didn't bother to pay for it, and suppressed CBO report disclosure in the final days of the drug plan bill. Now you are telling me you don't like accounting gimmicks? Something doesn't smell right here.
