Is relaxation therapy a significant part of BM? I note your mention of anxiety attacks.

Its slowing your breathing that is the key. When you do relaxation therapy, your breathing slows and that's why it helps. But actually working to slow your breathing makes it much more effective.......it allows your immune system to get stronger and calms your sympathetic nervous system. When your immune system gets stronger, every thing in your body works better and more effectively.
