What I would like to tell you is:

anxiety can cause pain.....in my case stomach and chest pain which causes anxiety which causes more pain etc. Eliminating the anxiety can eliminate the pain.

And what I am telling you is that if you slow your breathing, you will stop the anxiety, and in turn, stop the pain.
