Ted, Obama is being a hypocrite. Democrats did their best to obstruct Bush's appointees in the interest of scoring political points.

At every turn, the Democrats are doing exactly what they accused the Republicans of. And they're hoping the public has a short-term memory on these things.


I thought so too:

"Consider: at this point in Bush's presidency, there were five nominees pending on the Senate floor. For Obama, the number is 77."

Five vs 77.....you do the math.

(D)'s objected to particular Bush extreme right wingnut appointees for specific reasons. (R)'s seem to be objecting to ANYONE Obama puts forward.
