Phil:

I think you would have to have a financial death wish to invest in Colonial Downs. The rejections should be no surprise to who anyone who knows the region. For the life of me, I never could understand why deFrancis and Company ever built the place. It's lovely and all that; see my earlier postings. I am a horse player and owner and love the sport but its big days are over, sad to say.

Phil, thank you SO much for your post

I would have gone nuts today not knowing what's going on without it. Can anyone look at a Virginia map and figure out what Geographical percentage of VA this dissention represents? Are these referrendums good for 4 year? (of the 5 year exclusive in VA that CDWN has) Also, were any OTB parlors in these districts actually being built and must now be abandoned? or were they simply planned areas of expansion. When can another referrendum vote be taken that may restrict CDWN from other area's of VA? Were their referrendum votes take in OTHER districts that were Positive for OTB? Answer at your leisure. I averaged down my position with some $5 shares today, so as long as we stay marginable, I should be able to hold on till things start looking up.

PLEASE Post Earning Date Here!

Good Summer/Fall numbers should help lift us from here.
and I'd like to time my averaging down close to report.
