Nice attempt at revisionist history. Remember that it was the Clinton era "wall of Separation" memo (written by assistant AG Jaime Gorelick) that prevented the CIA from communicating with the FBI.

Remember that Clinton refused to meet with the CIA director. President Bush 43 included the CIA director in the security briefings unlike Clinton. Remember it was the CIA flunky who had an inflated ego because he got to meet with Clinton while the director did not that whined about not being listened to.

If the flunky wanted his opinions to be included he needed to use the usual protocol, which was to brief the director so that the President could be briefed.

Yes, the whole of it has been quite well documented.
