Of course, how silly of me! Surely back then the Democrats knew that a Kenyan born dark skinned baby was destined to be president. Just look at all the great things dark skinned people were doing back then. They were making great discoveries and rising through the ranks to powerful positions. In less than a decade they would no longer be forced to sit at the back of the bus. All they had to do was plant the birth announcement in the paper back then. It would end up in all the archives, and no one would ever be the wiser. Ingenious! Too bad those incredibly smart Republicans figured it out. Who brought this wonderful piece of investigative journalism to the attention of the thread?
