When you're not born ( read that NO SAY ), and your wealth
(tax revenue) is already distributed, re-distributed many
times over, you wish you're born as dogs and cats ( to the
wealthy's, of course ). Never born as dog in the Canton
province of China, they love DOGS and they are good at it.
