" Delve deep enough into quantum physics and one starts to believe in God. "

That's the problem. Majority of believers couldn't tell
quantum is physics, unless it's on American Idol.

What, don't tell me they're still running American Idol.

Which station(s) still carry this.

AWESOME.

to me it seems like you delve deep enough into quantum physics and you get to the place where people just make things up. in that sense, it's certainly very much like religions. theories that are not falsifiable are just like the theory of God--"not even wrong".

"Delve deep enough into quantum physics and one starts to believe in God."

That is a profound statement, and just came to that realization myself in the last 48 hours. In the past year as I have delved deeper into physics, both at the quantum level and the cosmological level, my faith in a higher being has grown immensely. Still very anti-religious, even more so than before since I now have a better understanding of how religions actually came about, but have developed a very strong faith that we are not alone.

Most of the people I am learning from also have a very strong faith that we are not alone. Everything is just too "perfect", too "splendiferous" :o)
