Of course it isn't the claim I'm making.

The only claim I've made is that in this instance, i.e., the GWB tax cuts, it increased revenue.

Obviously, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. In the case of the Bush tax cuts, it provided more revenue. Which totally shoots down your rather idiotic argument.
