This must be the 1st time ever that e-Trade gor it right ahead of other services. My portfoliio showed ATPX @ the proper price & proper 1:10 ratio. Of course it took a nasty-gram on Tuesday to get it there!

Jim, Yes, I did get the same message. Schwab told me to ignore it.

James, I just got off the phone with the afore mentioned brokerage. Schwab is covering their ass and not placing the stock in accounts because as the rep told me, "they, meaning LUNN and TPG, can change their minds for up to 3 weeks about the merger". He then put a note on my account that says that I can sell ATPX by calling in and I will still get the 20% discount. I asked him if it was possible to trade ATPX over the web and he said NO, not for 2-3 weeks. I don't dare move to another brokerage until this is over, for fear of a bigger mess in moving the positions and funds. Good luck, if you trade with Schwab you need it. JR
