Bernancke is all about the survival of the banks. If congress was angry enough they could trump the fed. Maybe they just need to get angry enough. I don't really see a problem w/ the senate and house getting really pissed off.

I see it as a slow claw back. The banks will get what is coming to them. It takes time.
