Looks like he went against previous statements in the first two quotes. He now apparently believes settlements in East Jerusalem are not conducive to the peace process, and I believe he is right. Also, he just went for a mandate in the health bill, so he changed his mind on that.

On the last one, though, he did have many many hours of health debates on C-SPAN. I know, because I watched them. We debated that bill in the public arena ad nauseum. So one thing he definitely did was make the debate wide open and public. Now he will be stuck with the consequences, for better or for worse.
