I note that Fairholme hasn't sold a share since 4th quarter 2009. I wonder if a major mining company (directly or indirectly) approached Fairholme on locking up their position? That would put III into play if someone wanted control of Red Chris. Over 50% would be available on the street, but less than the 90% required for an outright takeover as Edwards and management own about 41%.
