Steele:

They appointed him to be "their" black guy to balance the Obama presidency. So that they could show that they AREN'T the party of old white men.

But, they forgot that they ARE the party of old white men, and they don't LIKE black guys! Especially uppity black guys who don't do as they're TOLD.

But, if they fire Steele, it will confirm it. What to do?
