Gerald, thanks for the update. Sounds like BD and Batemen picked the wrong lab. If I was BD and Batemen AFTER I received the results I would say Shove it. If your that backlogged and cant accommodate in a timely fashion we will take our business elsewhere. Im sure these firms make a pretty good profit and when you blow off BD Word will get out you are slow. Just like in my business if I dont accomodate the customer I go under.
