Well, I was always puzzled at how the Egyptian magicians were able to turn water into blood after God had already turned it into blood and how they were able to create frogs (which would make them creators or gods)...but were then stopped cold by their inability to create LICE. It could be that they were quite tired from turning blood into blood and then making all those frogs (and the staff snakes and such).

So it is tempting to toy with scientific ideas of how natural events could have been interpolated into mythic/cultural tales of conquest.

But as Mr. Miller thoughtfully reminds us:

"The problem with the naturalistic explanations, is that they lose the whole point." Therefore, ALL naturalistic explanations MUST be wrong because the bible is inerrantly CORRECT.

So they can forget their stupid "research"! ;-)
