Yes, there is absolutely a case for a suit, preferably a class-action suit, in addition to the legal suit against Mork from the company, in which Mork doesn't stand a chance.

Just another desperate act by Mork - he's probably hoping to come out of this with a little money left in his Swiss accounts, so he will do anything he can.
