Snyder was ordered to pay court costs on appeal, not attorneys fees. Attorneys fees would have been tens of thousands, not less than $20K. Losers on appeal more often than not have to pay their opponents' copying and related costs for appeals. Liability for attorneys fees requires additional statutory authority.
