FOX News has an article tonight that the father of the Serviceman who was killed in Iraq, and ordered by the court to pay $16,000+, said tonight he wouldn't pay the money until after the Supreme Court had its say.

Also, Mark Levin has linked to his site a place where we can send money to this father if he has to pay the fee now.

UNBELIEVABLE is right! Does that so called preacher make a career of doing this kind of thing? I heard he does, but haven't yet checked it.

More to the point, How was the preacher harmed by the grieving family? How were his gang of protestors harmed?

Did the poor man go over and break their necks? Shoot them? Beat them to a bloody pulp like they deserved? Tell them to shut the hell up?

I don't get it.

It seems like they should be paying HIM and his court costs, not the other way around.

The preacher is an idiot.

The judge is an idiot.

Good grief.
