Gene,

Refer to the following list for a summary of what is good about CYMI

techstocks.com

You can also look back to posts from Curlton Lutts for numerical projections.

Postings from Maxwell should give you a tech's eye view of why Cymer's story is so compelling.

As for what is bad about CYMI, make it up as you go along. That seems to be a popular pastime. But Gene, if you do find documentable facts that go against Cymer please do post them. Only facts that are supported by legitimate third-party sources.

Hey Gene. My opinion may be partial, but I am looking at CYMI as MSFT a while back. An almost monopoly in a fast growing and indispensable market, growing at 40% with a 1998 PE of befow 20%, good, honest management team (unlike ASNDs...). I just bought 800 more share today below $23 so we'll see. I would not expect (albeit I am hoping for) a fast move up from here after such a sharp drop, but given time it may be a CSCO 8 years ago as someone else posted. Do your own research, but this is my feeling.
