Thanks for the link. The Dutch system does sound interesting, but as noted, its not been running very long, and it already has issues in terms of cost & satisfaction levels. TWT.

I wonder if the US Obamacare plan has a similar opt out for religious reasons, as I'm sure there are groups in the USA who would have the same issues they've addressed.
