And I think VA has no objections at the state and voter levels -- wasn't there some sort of deal a few years back where states could opt in or out of wanting to participate in offshore drilling, and although nothing came of that, I somehow remember that a few states "voted" for or against, and that VA was one that said they were for drilling off their own coast... I think one or two other S. Atlantic coast states may have also been in favor of it. I'll have to check it out. Jim
