>>What is wrong with your supreme court ?>>

Our Supreme court is quite interesting: this is very subjective on my part, but my feeling about our court is something we do not yet discuss because we cannot pin down the science. The psychological profile of a judge.

All we look at today when nominating judges is their voting record and law school education. We never question their psychological profile. Still too hard to quantify and agree on, with our primitive understanding of the mind.

But ones psychology is obviously very important to being a judge. Obviously, if we could pin down sociopaths we would never nominate them to be judges, yet I feel that is what most of the Republican judges are on the supreme court.

I feel the five Republican's all have classic psychological problems making them unfit for their position. Scalia and Roberts, I feel have classic sociopathic personalities. Alito, I feel is also a sociopath, but with noticeable Aspergers disease. Thomas, is a mess and very complicated to figure out, as he could have a mixture of Stockholm disease combined with a sociopathic personality. He seldom speaks and is considered the least intelligent (the African American community do not like him and he embarrasses them). Kennedy, I can't figure out, except his voting is off, IMO.

LIke I said, very subjective on my part. But the court just overturned 100 years of settled law and allowed corporations to spend as much as they want on campaigns. This is going to massively increase corporate control of our congress, and democracy, as the corporations can now spend unlimited amounts of money electing people to represent their interests.
