If they can find $20M+ of CTIC shares to short, 30M shares or so they're the only ones. The only way they were short is if they were short before the data (20M shares) and somehow didn't get their shares called----like every everyone else. I'd assume the conversion will be done soon if not already. It's not as if the buyers are bullish on ctic prospects.
