Those 20,000 shares were all buys. We saw very few sells. I think the first 2 blocks of 3,000 (sells) at the open was a double print.

Assumming most of those 20k (if not all) were non-cert shares, then that's 20k closer to having to need cert shares. In other words, those shares get the shorts no certs.
