What does the one thing (international treaties on taxation and banking regulations) have to do with the other one (new US health care system)?

And, (for the record), I'd certainly question your assertion about '2/3rd.' of the public being 'opposed' to the health care legislation. Gallup puts it at nearly an exactly even split right now (the difference they show from '50/50' being well within the statistical margin of error for Gallup's nationwide poll. Certainly nowhere close to '2/3rd.')
