40 years and the "war" still rages on.

People are functioning and stats from deaths, or crime, or health issues are minor. It's illegality prevents all but a very small segment of society from gathering information.

The stories I hear about what is going on with kids and adults and easy access to marijuana makes it sound like a common commodity to all but law enforcement.

Think of all those tax dollars gone into the pockets of criminals.
