Well after holding stable for a while, looks like this one is finally starting to move. Wrong direction of course, but it is moving. 5/16 bid today... where's the "bottom"???

OK Jeff,

As long as you choose to continue to defend Doug's performance, let me remind you of a few things:

1. Agreed, this was a gamble, always has been and will continue to be until the long awaited death finally occurs. I threw what I consider spit money at it and also am not losing any sleep. In fact, I pledge to follow this through just for jollies.

2. I do have some ulterior motives in holding for the final outcome as I alluded, but will not expand.

3. Frankly, my decision to invest was way before Doug started his BS and if you recall, I was one of a few who constantly asked Doug to substantiate his 'Big-Win" promises. Your comment on this being a 20/20 hindsight thing is most curious! Where have you been? While I was sitting here trying to pin this guy down, you were cooing and defending him then too!

4. Also recall, it was Mr. Meyers who stated he was working with positive, tanglible inside information. No one forced him to forward those boasts.

The point remains, I would like to know his motivations. I gave him every opportunity to make a graceful exit all along and he chose to continue with his secret insider society Pied-Piper stuff. I mean, he kind of set himself up didn't he?

If he was truly duped, like I hope was the case, why did he go so far above and beyond with the charade? Could have very easily stated, 'Hey, this is what I heard, but take it or leave it'. NOT, 'I have some very good news...'; 'During my conversations with Jim...'; 'I sent the e-mail to the loyal and frustrated...'; and so on and so on. Obviously now, after realizing his folly, he could come out and say who was the perpetrator behind this all as a symbolic way of washing his hands.

See, I find such behavior exhibited extremely predatory and unethical. And frankly, if Alon or Jimbo had ANY knowledge of this person wrongly insinuating possession and selective distribution of inside info and didn't do anything to renounce such actions is a bigger deal yet. I think it's easy to show at least one of these fellows monitor this thread quite regularly.

Lastly, for you to shrug your shoulders in light of this, and most especially defend this all is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard! To just walk away from such, leaves these people the opportunity to do it again. I guess you are indeed agreeing that's OK? At what point do you stand up and say this is not right? I'm not trying to attack you Jeff, just very surprised in your position knowing you've been onboard the whole way....

Regards,
-Scott
