FWIW I agree. If you ask 20 people who does their taxes I would guess that H & R Block would be at the bottom of responses if it even manages to register. That has to be a sign and not a good one.

I actually think if Turbo Tax ever really decided to be aggressive and grow their market share with a campaign to educate people on how easy it is to use their online product they would see a huge increase. In my opinion I think that is where Intuit falls short.
