The only way we will drive up bandwidth speeds in this country is to change the rules to allow for more competition.

If your talking about eliminating government granted monopolies than I agree, but I wouldn't call that "government stepping in" (which is what I was arguing against) but rather something more like "government stepping back".

I said "Unscrewing it is largely canceling the negative policies they put in place earlier, and mostly staying out of it so they don't put in place new negative policies in response to lobbying by special interests." If you agree (and now you seem to be agreeing) why say "You completely miss the point."

Indeed. Shame that health care reformers didn't grasp that.
