Jim, I need a few more days to research before I can comment on the timber company. These companies often have under valued land assets, I have to be sure that is not the case here.

Jim: I was wondering the same and don't know. The value was in the dividend. I've never shorted a dividend paying stock. I also don't know if it is possible to short a limited partnership. I do know the partnership ends because I called their IR about 1 1/2 years ago about the situation. I'll try to look tomorrow at the logistics of the whole thing.
