Ah the trials and tribulations of being a cheerleader. Not as angst ridden as my drama experience but still, poignant and touching.

...thought I was the head cheerleader because my panties were a different color.

Yessss....that's waht I thought too...but then when I was in school, the head cheerleader was the one that kept her panties on.

Egads. Here I sit now, mired, nay, smitten, in imaginings and unable to work for probably the rest of the day. And here I have to leave for South America again this weekend and a pile of unanswered correspondence bedecks every corner of my desk. I am lost.

Buenos Aires this time, a first visit, in addition to Sao Paulo and Asuncion, Paraguay. Yes, Paraguay. I don't have to overnight, which is good. Initially I thought I would have to stay the night and asked my travel agent about a good hotel in Asuncion. Loooong silence on the other end of the phone.
