Nope. The moderate Dems are the ones who didn't like this bill. Anything that cuts costs is likely to impact existing business' profits and that is something that moderate Dems and the GOP always oppose. You see, free markets and competition are not at all what entrenched businesses like the health insurance companies want to see. So they pay large amounts of money to GOP members and moderate Dems to oppose anything like that, which means the meaningful cost cutting is hard to achieve. Those are the facts.
