There will be no drilling. Ken Salazar at Interior has already seen to that. This is studies, plans, all of which will be further delayed by suits from environment groups. The whole thing is a head fake, a show of bipartisanship in hopes of getting Lindsey Graham or some other dupe to vote for Cap n Trade. They know they don't have enough votes as it is. Make no mistake, Obama is doubling down. He knows he has only this Congress, then he's done.
