I am fascinated by this rationing question. I will closely follows how it plays out. There are lots of aspects of it and lots of ways the various perspectives can treat them. I will watch with particular interest what we do with mammograms. When the "death panel" recommends emulating those wise Euros, who don't offer mammograms under 50 or over 70, even the libs who rave about how cost effective the Euro systems are will faint. I can't wait to see when the costs get so burdensome that the R's start engaging the question of when to let granny go. Quite a spectacle, methinks.
