Here's a tangible response to your claims: No, that's just a cut and paste from some website so unsavory you were ashamed to link to it. Ashamed? Not in a million years. Here is your link: dailykos.com And if it will cost Texas $27 billion over ~6 years of benefits, my estimate of $100s of millions for all the states will have to spend over a decade seems right on the money.... And things would have been worse without ACA. A slight problem is that just like Federal Government, the states don't have this additional money to spend... Not this year but by 2014 they will.
