Exactly. The fact that healthcare itself costs a lot more in NY AND CA has nothing to do with comparisons of health insurance costs between NY and CA.

If you where asserting that health care itself costs a lot more in NY than CA, than you might have a relevant point, but "higher costs in NY and CA", don't explain why insurance costs more in NY than CA.
