Mike

I caught that as well.. Hey if I had no position in this stock, and thought people might listen to me, I'd want a selloff to 4 or 5 as well. That would be a traders dream! I don't listen to hardly anyone on SI anymore. Everyone has an agenda(almost), and more and more people here are paid touts. The less I read here the better my portfolio does!-g-

Wait a second Mike, slow down. I am not going to be banging heads with you here. I can understand your emotions. We called this stock from 9 to 15 last time around and then recommended saying goodbye at 16. At 11, we talked about how one bad item usually is followed by another. Upon the bad news, using my experience here, I felt the stock would be opening at around 6 3/4ish, which was within an 1/8 of the preopen. I also felt it would rally to 7 1/4ish which it did. Typcially, restatements are punished severly. Lets not forget this stock was 11 about 2 weeks ago and is now 8ish about a 25% correction from 2 weeks ago and almost a 70% correction from its year high and a 50% correction from where we sold it.

Chip stocks were awsome yesterday. CMOS was down 1 and then up 4. You are taking relief in the fact that this stock was only down 1 1/2 to 7 1/2ish when everyone else was up nicely.

I have no desire to badmouth the stock. But nor will I let anyone whitewash the stock either because there are less experienced investors on this thread that need to know that one miscue usually leads tomore. If you are betting that this is the very bottom, then you are taking the longshort rather than the favorite.

In fact the stock has had a great day today, something I would have not expected to this extent. A bit of a bounce but the facts have not changed at all and we still don't know the extent of the damage. Remember, you hands are not tied. You could always sell the stock and go into another $8 stock without this cloud over it.

I have taken it off my screen and won't own it long anymore. Three strikes and you're out. especially since the last strike is regarding restatements.

Michael, when you make a profession of doing what I do, you see a lot of things andyou use you experiences to guide you. You don't go off emotion, you don't fall in love and you don't let a stock treat you like shit, let management have this happen and stick it out. You are not a martyr, you are an investor. If you made the decision to get in yesterday, thats one thing. Thats active and its taking a stance. Its quite another to just simply grasp at straws. Yes, I anticipated a sell off in the afternoon, nonetheless it did not happen. I did not expect a rally today and it did happen. Nonetheless, my instincts and skills have gotten me where I am and I dont cross them for a second. I dont claim to get them all right. I capitalize on the ones I get right and kick out the ones I get wrong.

I dont own this stock and I wont recommend it to anyone, no matter what comes along until they clean house, come up with an audit and figure out where they stand and where they are going. There are plenty of great companies out there, why this one?

regards,
steve
