Roger, Yes, I was disappointed as well, but was expecting it considering the absence of upward movement in price/volume following the quarterly report. I hope Friday will have an impact. Sorry that I wouldn't be able to make it. Given my background in implementing SFA systems using Lotus Notes, I am interested in seeing the NetGain product from a professional as well as investor point of view. I would also be interested in finding out how it compares to Vantives web-enabled offering as I read that they've just team up with Marimba for software distribution.

Could you ask about Brock's new customers? IMO, this quarter is critical in showing significant improvement in revenue growth. McIntrye mentioned in the cc that he expects 4-5M. Any further details would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Toni

Roger,
I would be interested in finding out to what extent the one-time revenues from the settlement contributed to the earnings last quarter. Is the size of the settlement public knowledge yet? If the settlement made a big difference to the quarter, then this reminds me of the CTXS earnings, which were inflated by the Microsoft license payments. Do you have any thoughts about the similarities/differences between BROC and CTXS?
