It's the Obama intifada.

Had a chat not long ago with a friend who, regret to say, is an outspoken Leftist. The latter description means that he knows all of the current leftist talking points. Other than that, he is a very bright and insightful guy. He flatly refused to accept the assertion that "peace for land" will never work. He felt that the arguments used to prove this position were weak.

It occurred to me that the "peace for landniks", on their part, never offered even a shred of evidence that their claim may be true. Do any Arab leaders and governments promise to live happily ever after along with Israel once the territorial demands of Palestinians are met?

No credible claims of such nature are on the table, to my knowledge. The "peace for land" crowd - including its Israeli members - are living in a fantasy.
