<<The selling, I have no idea where that is coming from.>>

- Margin pressure
- Reg-D
- People disgruntled with the CC
- ex officers and board members

This will pass.

I'd say that if there isn't any news from ANCR in the next 6 weeks you can expect them to slip back to the $4 range(or less). Why? Well, it's coming up on that time of year when tax loss selling begins to occur. And with all the speculative hope's from the $10 range having been dashed, they just might take the loss and apply it against such gains as they've made. What might mitigate that slip would be whatever short covering that may go on simultaneously.

So I'm awaiting just such a final dip, it'd be a marvelous opportunity if you think ANCR management has any chance in hell of contracting with OEM's etc. in '98.

Regards!

John~
