The Progressive Left doesn't acknowledge God. Therefore, they don't acknowledge "inalienable rights". Not long ago, one person on PfP put it quite succinctly : If a person can do something themselves, that is a right. i.e. breathing, walking, talking. If a person has to depend on someone else to do something he wants/needs, that is not a right. i.e. medical The Progressive Left currently in control of our Government and truly is out of touch with the large majority of people in this country, even from most in their own party. Obama leads the pack, and says "I won"....He and they forget there were lots of other people who are not Democrats that voted for him and them, including many Independents. By totally ignoring most of the people in this country he is making this majority very angry. He will not listen. He shoots from the lip and says terrible things about the majority of the people who are upset enough to get out of their comfortable chairs and home, spend their own money, and protest for a day. He is making a HUGE mistake in ignoring the concerns of the everyday people in this country, and another HUGE mistake by pitting one group of people against another one.
