NPR: Fox News 89, Obama 9

National Public Radio decided to ask the public which side it is on in the White House’s war with Fox News.

The online poll was not even close.

89% said “I’m supporting Fox News on this one; it asks questions others don’t and the White House should be able to handle them.”

9% said: “I’m supporting the White House on this one; Fox News isn’t ‘fair and balanced’.”

Curiously, it is the other way among members of the press — whose profession howled and protested the Nixon’s Enemies List when it included liberals such as Art Buchwald and Daniel Schorr.

Indeed, it was considered to be a badge of honor, which it was.

But Obama’s Enemies List?

Where is the protest in the press?

Anyway, this was an online poll. Readers may adjust their feelings accordingly.

2,426,899 voted for Fox News.

256,965 voted for the White House.

34,117 voted for neither.
