Some of that's required, certainly. But the Right needs to be thinking as much, if not more so, about how to play offense in the new one. Because if the Right loses that one, they will be paying the price for a very long time.

I don't have a problem with it, really. It's what we've been doing for years. But I think Moe Lane's PS to be by far the most productive suggestion in the various posts I've read on it today.
