it's not false, they are conservative and vote for republicans because their other choice is to vote for socialists. That doesn't make them republicans. I'm a registered independent but I would never vote for a democrat

No its true. They are two different groups. There is overlap, tea partiers are more likely to be Republican than they are to be Democrats, but most Republicans are not Tea Partiers and many Tea Partiers are not Republicans.

In fact your post didn't even address whether they where Republican but rather whether they approved of Obama, and whether they where conservative.

"Tea Party" != Republican != conservative != disapprove of Obama

There are overlaps with all of those groups, whether you look at any two or the four as a whole, but they are four different groups. There are members of each that don't belong to any of the others (even although probably in small numbers, conservatives who approve of Obama, the only one that might not exist is tea partiers who approve of Obama, that would depend on how you define Tea Partiers)

If you can find spit coming out of the mouth in that shot I'll be amazed. Additionally, you'll get some major cash newsbusters.org

It's obvious Cleaver was startled by a loud protestors shout and then decided several steps later to wipe his face, pretending to have been spat on.

If someone had just spit on you would you wipe it away immediately, or let it hang? I'd say if someone spat on me I'd be wiping right away. Perhaps magic luggies take time to settle in before needing to be wiped?

Then the congressman says he did not report the incident. However, his office released a statement that looks like a report on the incident. I guess we have to define what "report" is to Cleaver:

"For many of the members of the CBC, like John Lewis and Emanuel Cleaver who worked in the civil rights movement, and for Mr. Frank who has struggled in the cause of equality, this is not the first time they have been spit on during turbulent times."

"This afternoon, the congressman was walking into the Capitol to vote, when one protester spat on him. The congressman would like to thank the U.S. Capitol police officer who quickly escorted the other members and him into the Capitol, and defused the tense situation with professionalism and care. After all the members were safe, a full report was taken and the matter was handled by the U.S. Capitol police. The man who spat on the congressman was arrested, but the Congressman has chosen not to press charges. He has left the matter with the Capitol police."

"This is not the first time the congressman has been called the "N" word and certainly not the worst assault he has endured in his years fighting for equal rights for all Americans. That being said, he is disappointed that in the 21st century our national discourse has devolved to the point of name calling and spitting. He looks forward to taking a historic vote on health care reform legislation tomorrow, for the residents of the Fifth District of Missouri and for all Americans. He believes deeply that tomorrow's vote is, in fact, a vote for equality and to secure health care as a right for all. Our nation has a history of struggling each time we expand rights. Today's protests are no different, but the congressman believes this is worth fighting for."

We could also talk about the union thugs who egged the Tea Party bus in NV then tried to blame Breitbart.. Demohacks can't win on their own so they have to resort to distortions of fact (lies) to make a point.
