With a name like Alinsky, I suppose so. But when you actually read what he wrote, as opposed to what someone with an axe to grind and who has cherry picked his words, not so much. His described methods are pretty effective. Just look at the Tea Party stuff last year. Whoever influenced them either read his books or something close. It is just too close to be an accident.
