Do you really believe that setting the Markman hearing will cause a huge jump in the stock? I don't get it, we all know a date is to be set, shouldn't that be reflected in the current price. Are there some out there that truly believe a date won't be set and are waiting to see what happens? Is there a possibility that there will be no Markman hearing?
