It would be interesting to check that number in 5 years. I think it is just political rhetoric that will be forgotten in 5 years and that is what Obama is counting on.

A bold projection, but then again, this is Obama-speak.

Anyway, I wonder which companies stand to benefit if this prediction holds true. Besides Celgard, of course.
