longshort, bush took away our constitutional right. bush made them privileges so that the president could take them away given his interpretation of a scenario requiring marshal law.

the self proclaimed 'decider" decided to sit on his republican thumbs and spin instead of prevent the destruction of several of our constitutional privileges...

consider it big government's "dry run" headed up by bush.

van you count how many constitutional rights (previous to bush's administration, that its) where violated during this dry run gun confiscation exercise by big government?

big government tyranny has two parties working for it - at least the leadership of both parties. that's what matters.

and now the republicans are trying to take away even our privileges outside of marshal law with the enemy belligerent's act - designed to make kidnapping and imprisoning american citizens the new norm...
